Dr. Deming's unconventional and proven approach revolutionized how management works, producing better results while driving down costs. He asked thought-provoking and counterintuitive questions to get people thinking differently and encourage them to seek new knowledge. Knowing what question to address is a powerful tool for unlocking organizational value.
